To help those who are new to this genre of entertainment, I would be posting about what exactly is anime.
To start things off, anime is short for animation, but it is mostly known to fans through out the world as Japanese animation. The earliest know anime started from the year 1917 but it only became famous world wide with the work of Osamu Tezuka who is best known for his work on Astro Boy.

From then on, anime continued to spread throughout the world and now in the 21st century, anime is a worldwide phenomena that is entertaining people of all ages.
